Director of Finance
Job Summary
Seeking a strategic FP&A leader, the remote Director of Finance will partner with the CFO and leadership team to enhance the FP&A function and support the company's growth in the medical services sector.
Key responsibilities:
- Establish and enhance the FP&A department to support company growth and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate closely with the CFO, CEO, and private equity sponsors to refine financial processes and reporting
- Provide operational finance insights and support across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Required qualifications:
- Experience in FP&A leadership within private equity-owned medical device or medical practice environments
- Proven track record of establishing or significantly enhancing FP&A functions
- Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting in a high-growth setting
- Ability to travel to the Chicago headquarters on a semi-regular basis
- Experience partnering with executive leadership teams and stakeholders
