Director of Finance Operations
Job Summary
Providing strategic and operational leadership for the AskFinance shared services function, the full-time remote Director of Finance Operations will manage service delivery, performance oversight, and continuous improvement while collaborating with finance leaders and stakeholders to enhance service effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Lead AskFinance operations, including case management, service delivery, and resource planning
- Establish and monitor service levels, operational metrics, and governance for performance accountability
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and develop standardized procedures to enhance service quality
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Master's degree preferred
- Eight years of experience in shared services, finance operations, or relevant operational leadership roles
- Experience in improving operational processes and service delivery models in complex organizations
- Familiarity with service management and reporting tools for operational oversight
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a customer-focused environment
