Director of Finance Systems
Job Summary
Providing strategic leadership and operational management, the full-time remote Director of Finance Systems will enhance and optimize Oracle ERP and EPM systems while acting as a liaison between IT, Finance, Accounting, and Business Operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead technical and functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and EPM Suites
- Oversee planning, budgeting, and execution of system upgrade releases and corporate projects
- Collaborate with executive leadership to improve cross-functional business processes and integrations
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of management experience in corporate systems or IT enterprise applications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP and EPM platforms
- Strong understanding of financial accounting standards and budgeting processes
- Project management skills for complex, cross-functional projects
