Director of Finance Systems

Job Summary

To shape the financial operations of a fast-growing mental health company, the full-time remote Director of Finance Systems will manage core finance systems, oversee technology for accounting and financial reporting, and lead automation initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the Accounting team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage core finance systems including NetSuite, Ramp, and FloQast, ensuring they meet the needs of the Accounting team
• Lead the implementation and stabilization of finance systems, collaborating with Engineering to integrate finance needs into system designs
• Establish and maintain IT general controls and financial systems controls to support scalable business operations

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in finance systems, accounting systems, or ERP administration, with hands-on ownership of NetSuite
• Experience leading at least one finance system implementation from requirements through support
• Hands-on experience with IT general controls for financial reporting systems in an audit-ready environment
• Proven ability to partner with Accounting, Procurement, and Engineering teams to translate business needs into system workflows
• Strong communication skills to explain technical systems and risks to non-technical colleagues
