Director of Financial Due Diligence

Job Summary

Leading financial due diligence engagements, the full-time remote Director of Financial Due Diligence will manage buy-side and sell-side analyses, oversee client relationships, and develop junior team members while contributing to the growth of the Transaction Advisory Services practice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables and managing all aspects of execution
• Serve as the primary client contact, navigating complex communications and presenting findings to stakeholders
• Develop and mentor team members, providing coaching and contributing to practice-building initiatives

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in financial due diligence at a Big 4 TAS or similar advisory firm
• Proven expertise in quality of earnings analyses and financial due diligence engagements
• Strong understanding of US GAAP in transaction contexts
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with large datasets
