Director of Financial Due Diligence

Job Summary

Leading financial due diligence engagements, the full-time salaried Director of Financial Due Diligence will manage client relationships, oversee analytical work, and develop junior talent while working in a hybrid environment with remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction
• Serve as the primary client contact, managing communications and presenting findings to stakeholders
• Develop and mentor team members, providing coaching and contributing to the growth of the Transaction Advisory Services practice

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in financial due diligence at a Big 4 TAS or national advisory firm
• Proven expertise in quality of earnings analyses and full-scope financial due diligence engagements
• Strong understanding of US GAAP as applied in transaction contexts
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• Advanced Excel proficiency and ability to work with complex datasets
