Director of Financial Integrations

Job Summary

To manage and ensure the successful outcome of all financial integration activities across the enterprise, the remote Director of Financial Integrations will lead financial integration planning for acquisitions, develop a repeatable integration framework, and coordinate finance activities during transitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial integration planning and execution for acquisitions and transformation initiatives
• Develop and maintain a repeatable financial integration playbook, including milestones, timelines, risks, owners, and success measures
• Provide clear updates to senior and executive leadership on integration status, key risks, financial impacts, resource needs, and decision points

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Project Finance, FP&A, Integration Management, or a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience leading complex financial integrations, transformation initiatives, or ERP-related programs
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition, project accounting, financial reporting, working capital, controls, and ERP systems
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, drive decisions, and communicate effectively with senior leaders
