Director of Financial Operations

Job Summary

To support the growth of a dealer management SaaS company, the full-time remote Director of Financial Operations will oversee billing operations, procurement, accounts payable, and expense management while leading a high-performing team and ensuring operational excellence across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Financial Operations organization, establishing KPIs and creating scalable documentation
• Oversee billing operations and manage accounts payable, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Design and implement a credit desk function to manage dealer credit risk and establish credit policies

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial operations, accounting operations, or revenue operations experience
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing large teams
• Strong understanding of SaaS workflows, billing, AP, and expense processes
• Expertise with systems such as NetSuite and Salesforce
• Advanced Excel proficiency
