Director of Financial Planning
Job Summary
Leading financial planning and analysis initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Financial Planning will own the company's budget and forecasting processes while partnering closely with the CFO and executive team to translate strategy into actionable financial plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the company's budget and rolling forecast, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Perform cohort, funnel, and unit-economics analysis, providing insights into SaaS KPIs
- Prepare executive and Board materials, translating complex analyses into clear recommendations
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years in FP&A or strategic finance at a SaaS or SaaS-adjacent company
- Strong command of SaaS metrics, forecasting, and unit economics
- Proven ability to build financial models and deliver actionable insights
- Experience partnering directly with senior executives
- Advanced Excel/Sheets skills; comfortable working with imperfect data
