Director of Financial Planning
Job Summary
Serving as a strategic finance partner to senior leaders, the full-time remote Director of Financial Planning & Analysis will manage the planning and forecasting processes, lead a high-performing FP&A team, and deliver actionable insights to drive business decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Influence decisions on headcount, operating spend, and resource allocation by connecting financial results to operational drivers
- Lead the planning and forecasting processes, including annual operating planning and scenario analysis
- Deliver timely reporting and analysis for senior leadership, focusing on budget-versus-actual reviews and key performance indicators
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a similar quantitative discipline
- 8+ years of experience in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Salesforce and Adaptive Insights
- Strong record of accomplishment in delivering against objectives
- Excellent systems skills and proficiency in accounting software packages
