Director of Financial Planning
Job Summary
To support the Field Service organization, the full-time remote Director of Financial Planning will manage financial analysis, prepare monthly P&L statements, and develop financial KPIs while collaborating with various departments to enhance budgeting and forecasting accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Prepare and distribute monthly reporting, highlighting key trends and providing actionable recommendations
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, suggesting areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in progressively more responsible finance roles
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with advanced knowledge of Excel and financial planning software
- Experience in finance or accounting in data-heavy roles
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools and ERP systems is preferred
