Director of Financial Planning

Job Summary

Responsible for strategic financial planning and analysis of capital investment opportunities, the full-time Director of Financial Planning will oversee the annual capital budgeting process, manage construction project accounting, and ensure compliance with financing arrangements in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate and complete the annual capital budget process, ensuring alignment with organizational guidelines
• Monitor strategic capital projects for budget compliance and communicate progress with project managers and leadership
• Serve as a subject matter expert for capital accounting and budgeting, providing financial guidance to various teams

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
• Five years of experience in accounting or finance
• Two years of supervisory experience
• Master's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration (preferred)
• CPA certification (preferred)
