Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Director of Financial Planning, the full-time position will manage financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting while serving as a strategic partner to the executive team in a remote-first environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the annual operating plan and long-range planning, collaborating with various departmental leaders
- Run monthly business reviews, conduct variance analysis, and prepare materials for the board and investors
- Hire and mentor a high-performing FP&A team while improving planning tools and processes
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy, with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Expertise in financial modeling, including driver-based and cohort-based models
- Strong understanding of unit economics and P&L management
- Experience presenting to senior leaders, boards, or investors
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
