Director of Financial Products
Job Summary
Leading the design and optimization of financial products, the full-time remote Director of Financial Products will manage the product portfolio, develop market strategies, and drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance BriteCap's offerings and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, design, and development of financial products, including defining target customers and product structure
- Develop and maintain product-level economic models and evaluate pricing strategies to optimize risk-adjusted returns
- Build competitive intelligence capabilities and translate market insights into actionable product and pricing strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in financial management, strategic planning, and risk management
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
- Experience in the fintech industry and familiarity with capital market transactions
