Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute account strategies to grow and retain valuable customer accounts
- Build and maintain deep connections with C-suite executives and collaborate with sales teams
- Identify new opportunities and deliver tailored solutions to meet unique customer needs
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience managing account P&L
- Deep knowledge of business and technology trends in Financial Services and Capital Markets
- Experience managing the sales process from prospecting to closing
- Proven track record of revenue growth and understanding of profitability trends and risks
- Open-minded and empathetic approach in customer relationships
