Job Summary
Owning the financial systems landscape for Accounting, the full-time salaried Director of Financial Systems will manage NetSuite, Concur, Celigo, Solution 7, and Workday, ensuring data integrity and leading system-related initiatives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of financial systems and integrations
- Serve as project manager for system-related initiatives, overseeing scoping, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
- Lead the accounts payable process and team, focusing on automation, performance management, and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- 10-15 years of progressive accounting and financial systems experience, including ERP implementation
- Demonstrated project management experience with concurrent system initiatives; PMP certification preferred
- Advanced experience with NetSuite and familiarity with Concur, Celigo, Solution 7, and Workday financial modules
- Experience owning accounts payable operations in a highly automated environment
