Director of Financial Systems
Job Summary
Leading the strategy and operations of financial technology systems, the full-time salaried Director of Financial Systems will manage the architecture and implementation of core financial systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance while overseeing a team and collaborating with cross-functional departments.
Key responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and architecture for the financial systems stack, including NetSuite ERP and Salesforce
- Serve as the systems owner for quote-to-cash and revenue recognition, ensuring accurate data flow and reconciliation
- Lead system implementations and integrations, translating business needs into scalable solutions while ensuring audit readiness
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in financial systems or ERP leadership, with 4+ years in a senior management role
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP is required; familiarity with Salesforce and Metronome is preferred
- Experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition and usage-based billing is a significant advantage
- Proven track record in leading system implementations across a multi-system finance stack
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field; CPA or MBA is a plus
