Director of FP&A

Job Summary

Serving as the strategic finance partner to the go-to-market organization, the full-time remote Director of FP&A will lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary FP&A business partner to senior GTM leaders across various commercial functions
• Lead annual planning, forecasting, and long-range financial planning for the GTM organization
• Develop and maintain financial models supporting revenue growth and sales capacity planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, particularly in FP&A or commercial finance roles
• 5+ years of experience partnering with senior GTM leaders in Sales, Marketing, or Revenue Operations
• Strong experience in SaaS and technology-driven business models
• Demonstrated expertise in revenue forecasting and financial modeling
