Job Summary
To support a growing finance team, the full-time Associate Director/Director of FP&A will manage budgeting and planning processes, maintain financial models, and scale public company operations in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a finance business partner to Group leaders and lead the annual budgeting process
- Manage consolidated financial models and create executive materials covering financial performance
- Collaborate with Accounting and Procurement teams to support month-end close activities and identify process improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA and CFA preferred
- 8+ years of FP&A experience in biotech, pharma, or life sciences, or related fields
- Expertise in building complex three-statement financial models
- Experience as a finance business partner in an operating company, ideally in biotech or life sciences
- Familiarity with drug development economics and public company experience preferred
