Director of FP&A & Analytics
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Director of FP&A & Analytics, this role will manage the annual planning process, rolling forecasts, and company-wide reporting while leading a team to provide financial planning and business analytics in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the annual planning process and oversee the preparation of company-wide budgets and re-forecasts
- Lead trade spend forecasting and analysis, supporting gross margin initiatives
- Manage interactions with the parent company's FP&A team and prepare leadership materials, including dashboards and variance analyses
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience
- Experience in CPG, manufacturing, distribution, or DTC businesses
- Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop a team
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel proficiency
