Job Summary
Leading a dynamic remote-first engineering team, the full-time salaried Director of Full-Stack Engineering will manage multiple product-focused software engineering teams, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product managers to launch high-visibility features and products using cutting-edge technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and grow multiple teams of product-focused software engineers
- Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of engineers on your team
- Continuously improve software engineering practices and lead efforts to deploy applications into AWS environments
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field
- At least 5 years of people management experience
- At least 7 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture
