Job Summary
Leading a dynamic remote-first engineering team, the full-time salaried Director of Full Stack Engineering will manage multiple product-focused software engineering teams, mentor engineers, and drive the development of customer-facing web and services technologies to enhance user experience and implement innovative solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and grow multiple teams of software engineers focused on product development
- Collaborate with product managers to define application capabilities and testing scenarios
- Oversee the technical implementation of applications, including transitioning to microservice architectures
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field
