Director of Global AI Security

Job Summary

To support the strategic initiatives of the Chief Information Security Officer, the full-time Director of Global AI Security will manage the execution of cybersecurity strategies, oversee operations within the Office of the CISO, and drive the measurement of cybersecurity capabilities, all while working onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CISO to translate strategic priorities into measurable initiatives and lead high-priority projects across the organization
• Establish and manage the operating rhythm for the Office of the CISO, including preparing briefings and coordinating information flow
• Coordinate cybersecurity support for enterprise initiatives, ensuring AI considerations are integrated from the outset

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information technology, business administration, or a related discipline
• Eight or more years of experience in cybersecurity or related fields with a focus on strategy and execution
• Demonstrated ability to support senior executives and lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity strategy, governance, and operational models
• Professional certifications such as CISSP or CISM, and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot
