Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Director of Global Benefits, the full-time position will develop and execute a global health, wellness, and retirement strategy while managing multi-million-dollar benefit budgets and leading a lean team in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement a multi-year global benefits roadmap aligned with corporate culture and financial objectives
- Act as a strategic advisor to regional HR leaders, providing data-driven insights into benefit trends and cost-management strategies
- Direct the global benefits budget and negotiate with brokers and carriers to optimize spending
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Global Total Rewards or Benefits, with a proven track record across multiple countries
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or a related field
- Advanced knowledge of global benefit regulations and experience with enterprise HCM systems
- Exceptional ability to influence without authority and build partnerships across various teams
- At least 5 years in a people manager leadership role within a global, public Technology company
