Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Global Business Systems, this full-time remote position will manage the organization's enterprise business applications portfolio, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, CRM, and HRIS, while driving digital transformation initiatives and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the global business systems strategy and roadmap for core applications
- Lead a team of business systems analysts, architects, and technical leads to optimize enterprise applications
- Partner with executive leaders to identify technology opportunities and oversee global business systems projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 12+ years of progressive experience supporting enterprise business applications
- 7+ years of leadership experience managing teams or business technology functions
- Experience in global or multi-regional business systems environments
- Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, and HRIS enterprise platforms
