Director of Global Compliance Operations

Job Summary

To enhance the company's compliance framework, the full-time salaried Director of Global Regulatory & Compliance Operations will lead the development and implementation of an enterprise-wide compliance program, overseeing regulatory and corporate compliance across multiple jurisdictions while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage a global enterprise compliance framework, including policies, procedures, and risk assessments
• Maintain a regulatory obligations register and compliance calendar for all applicable jurisdictions
• Establish compliance metrics and report on compliance risks to executive leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, Information Management, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in regulatory compliance or risk management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience managing multi-jurisdictional compliance programs, particularly in North America and India
• Working knowledge of global data privacy laws and anti-bribery regulations
• Experience leading SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar compliance audits and attestations
