Director of Global HR Operations

Job Summary

To build and lead the operational infrastructure for the People function, the full-time remote Director of Global HR Operations will enhance employee lifecycle processes, improve data quality and governance, and ensure compliance across payroll and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the operational infrastructure supporting the employee lifecycle, establishing scalable processes and service standards
• Improve the effectiveness and governance of core People systems while identifying automation opportunities to enhance workflows
• Lead the People Operations team to deliver high-quality support, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in People/HR Operations, including leadership of an HR Operations or shared-services function
• Strong knowledge of US employment operations, payroll, benefits, and compliance requirements
• Experience in a global or multi-country organization, effectively partnering with regional People teams
• Demonstrated ability to improve HR systems, workflows, data quality, and operational controls
• Strong project and change-management skills, capable of managing multiple complex workstreams simultaneously
