Director of Global Partner Delivery
Job Summary
To build and lead a formal global program, the remote Director of Global Partner Delivery will manage the establishment of operating models, standards, and performance mechanisms to ensure consistent customer outcomes through a high-performing ecosystem of delivery partners.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement a global service delivery partner operating model, including governance and engagement processes
- Establish partner performance metrics and scorecards to measure quality, customer outcomes, and delivery predictability
- Lead cross-functional alignment with Services, Alliances, Sales, and Customer Success to enhance partner delivery readiness and quality
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in professional services, enterprise software implementation, or partner delivery
- At least five years of leadership experience managing service delivery programs or partner ecosystems
- Demonstrated success in building or transforming a partner-delivery program
- Strong understanding of implementation methodologies and project governance
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; advanced degree preferred
