- Set standards and quality for the Global People Services team, ensuring effective coverage globally
- Design and implement a tiered service model that incorporates self-service, shared services, and expert support
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in People/HR Operations or related fields, with experience leading teams
- Proven background in building or managing a People/HR shared services function
- Experience in setting automation strategies and deploying AI solutions in operations
- Strong understanding of global compliance and data privacy requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; relevant certifications preferred
