Key responsibilities
- Design and implement a unified global talent acquisition strategy aligned with long-term business goals

- Oversee specialized sourcing methodologies for critical hires in technology and leadership roles
Required qualifications
- 10-12+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with 5+ years leading large global recruiting teams
- Proven experience in navigating matrixed organizations and scaling talent strategies internationally
- Deep familiarity with enterprise ATS systems and workforce analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's or HR certification preferred
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a strong ability to influence senior stakeholders
