Director of Global Trade Compliance
Job Summary
Leading a globally distributed team, the full-time Senior Director of Global Trade Managed Services will oversee the delivery of complex Global Trade Compliance services to Fortune 500 clients, ensuring operational performance and client relationship excellence in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as an Executive Sponsor for Strategic Client Relationships and advise clients on operational improvements
- Ensure high-quality production output and compliance with contractual, regulatory, and quality expectations across managed services accounts
- Lead and develop global teams, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in operational leadership within supply chain and/or global trade compliance operations
- Deep knowledge of U.S. and international trade compliance regulations including EAR, ITAR, OFAC, and Customs
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in managing automation systems related to trade compliance
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, including mentoring and conflict resolution skills
