Director of Global Trade Compliance

Job Summary

Leading the global trade compliance program, the full-time salaried Director of Global Trade Compliance will ensure adherence to import, export, sanctions, and customs regulations while supporting the movement of mobile devices and related technologies across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the global trade compliance program, establishing governance and internal controls
• Oversee customs compliance for mobile devices and manage customs brokers and trade service providers
• Conduct trade compliance risk assessments and lead internal audits and compliance reviews

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in global trade compliance
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in customs and export compliance programs
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or JD preferred
• Preferred certifications include Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) and Certified Export Specialist (CES)
• Experience in technology, telecommunications, or logistics industries preferred
