Director of Global Value & Access

Job Summary

Focusing on drug pricing and access strategies, the full-time remote Director of Global Value & Access will manage business development activities by providing critical input on pricing, coverage, and access assumptions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the BD point of contact for Global Value & Access input on pricing and access assumptions within commercial assessments
• Conduct research and analysis on business development targets, utilizing key databases and collaborating with internal teams
• Lead cross-functional teams in providing pricing and access assumptions for revenue forecasts based on target product profiles

Required qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of market access or payer experience, or a Master's degree with 7 years, or a Bachelor's degree with 9 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of the US and global payer environment, including pricing and reimbursement
• Proven ability to manage in a matrix environment and build successful business partnerships
• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate pricing and access risks and opportunities
• Experience in translating complex analyses into actionable insights for business development
