Director of Governance, Risk & Compliance
Job Summary
Leading the internal GRC program and Managed Governance, Risk & Compliance services, the full-time Director of Governance, Risk & Compliance will manage GRC strategy, team leadership, and client engagements while working remotely in the US.
Key responsibilities
- Own and enhance Atmosera's internal GRC program and MGRC service delivery
- Lead federal security program management, including System Security Plans and compliance activities
- Serve as a senior advisor to clients on security, risk, and compliance matters, translating regulatory requirements into actionable improvements
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, GRC, or related fields
- Proven experience leading GRC programs or teams
- Hands-on knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 and federal security requirements
- Experience managing audits, risk assessments, and control remediation programs
- Strong client-facing and technical stakeholder management skills
