Director of Government Operations Strategy

Job Summary

To support the development of operational strategies for government-related clinical research opportunities, the full-time salaried Director of Government Operations Strategy will manage strategy implementation, optimize budgeting tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Optimizes and oversees operational strategy development for clinical trials and related projects
• Collaborates across functional groups to assess operational risks and develop clinical strategies
• Writes clinical delivery content for proposals and supports business development efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline
• Master's Degree in a scientific discipline (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in project management or clinical operations on government or PPP projects
• 5+ years of experience developing government or PPP budgets
• 5+ years of experience in SDCCs, clinical operations, or full-service clinical trials (preferred)
