Job Summary
Overseeing the management of federal grants related to the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, the full-time Director of Grant Management will coordinate pre-award planning, budget preparation, and post-award administration while ensuring compliance with federal regulations in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of 988 federal grant administration, including reporting and tracking grant deliverables
- Lead pre-award planning and budget preparation, as well as post-award administration and closeout of grants
- Ensure compliance with SAMHSA requirements and oversee day-to-day operations related to fiscal and grant activities
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in healthcare, public health, policy, or a related field preferred
- 7+ years of experience managing federal grants with substantial post-award compliance responsibility
- Demonstrated leadership experience in strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience managing relationships with federal funders and overseeing budgeting and reporting for federally funded programs
- Basic understanding of accounting and financial data usage
