Director of GTM Enablement
Job Summary
Bridging the gap between product development and commercial teams, the remote Director of GTM Enablement will architect a scalable, AI-augmented enablement engine, translating complex technical concepts into high-impact training programs for Sales and Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate complex product briefs and technical documentation into digestible enablement programs for Sales and Customer Success
- Serve as a strategic connector between Product, Solution Consulting, Strategy Consulting, and Product Marketing
- Design and deliver learning paths, certification programs, and interactive workshops to ensure product knowledge retention
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience in GTM Enablement, Product Marketing, or Technical Enablement
- Strong understanding of SaaS environments and product release cycles
- Proven ability to translate technical information into commercial insights
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation and training material development
- Strong grasp of instructional design and modern adult learning principles
