Job Summary
Owning the GTM technology ecosystem, the full-time remote Director of GTM Engineering will manage systems, data, automation, and technical infrastructure to support the go-to-market organization, translating business problems into scalable solutions and workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the GTM technology ecosystem, including CRM, CPQ, forecasting tools, and data infrastructure
- Serve as the technical product leader for GTM systems, establishing engineering standards and automation practices
- Build AI-native workflows and internal tools to enhance pipeline management, forecasting, and decision-making
Required qualifications
- Experience in GTM Engineering, RevOps, Sales Ops, or a similar technical function
- Professional software engineering experience with a proven ability to write and maintain production-quality code
- Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, and production engineering practices
- Deep hands-on experience with CRM, CPQ, workflow automation, and commercial data
- Ability to turn ambiguous business problems into actionable buildable solutions
