Director of GTM Finance

Job Summary

Driving financial decision-making for two growth engines, the full-time remote Director of GTM Finance will manage capital deployment, evaluate return on investment, and support business leaders in making informed growth decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage Headway's revenue model and forecasting processes, connecting various metrics to booked revenue
• Facilitate capital allocation decisions by analyzing customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and channel performance
• Lead annual planning and monthly forecasting for GTM functions, overseeing headcount and capacity planning in collaboration with leadership

Required qualifications

• Experience in forecasting and capital deployment for a growth business at scale
• Strong understanding of growth economics and ability to analyze financial data across multiple channels
• Proven track record in managing and developing high-performing teams
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance financial analysis and reporting processes
• Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and rigorously evaluate assumptions
