Job Summary
To support the growth of partner ecosystems and embedded solutions, the full-time Director of GTM Operations will build and manage the operating model to drive predictable growth, partner satisfaction, and compliant execution in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own the end-to-end operating model for partner solutions and embedded offerings
- Design, document, and continuously improve core processes across partner GTM, sales, finance, legal, and customer success
- Partner with cross-functional teams to operationalize new embedded offerings and partner solutions
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in SaaS operations, revenue operations, or partner/channel operations
- Proven track record in designing and running complex GTM operating models with measurable impacts
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders across various functions
- Experience with partner ecosystems and embedded solution models
- Excellent communication skills for translating operational details into executive-ready narratives
