Director of GTM Strategy
Job Summary
To support the growth of At-Bay Security, the full-time remote Director of GTM Strategy will define and implement go-to-market strategies, oversee revenue operations, and enhance operational infrastructure to drive effective market engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute GTM strategies, including market segmentation and customer targeting
- Lead planning and forecasting processes to align growth objectives with revenue plans
- Translate GTM strategies into scalable operating models and improve cross-functional processes
Required qualifications
- 7-12+ years of experience in GTM strategy, business operations, or related fields
- Experience in a high-growth B2B technology environment, preferably SaaS or cybersecurity
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills for data-driven decision-making
- Proven track record in designing and scaling new GTM initiatives
- Familiarity with AI applications in GTM operations and strategy
