Job Summary

To drive organizational excellence, the full-time salaried Director of Health and Safety Compliance will establish strategies, governance, and standards for health, safety, quality, and compliance while ensuring regulatory readiness and operational discipline across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to define and implement enterprise standards and processes for health, safety, quality, and compliance
• Establish metrics and reporting routines to provide visibility into performance, risk, and compliance status
• Lead root cause analysis and risk reduction processes to enhance health, safety, quality, and compliance outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in health, safety, quality, or regulatory compliance
• Strong strategic, analytical, and critical-thinking skills with a proven ability to solve complex business problems
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage enterprise initiatives effectively
• Exceptional client-facing communication skills for representing the organization in various discussions
