Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for Health and VA claims operations
- Establish departmental goals, performance metrics, and recovery targets aligned with organizational objectives
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on increasing recoveries and improving client outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience with Coordination of Benefits and Subrogation requirements is a plus
- Strong data analytics abilities and experience with large data sets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to lead distributed or remote teams effectively
