Job Summary
Leading a high-performing analytics and pricing team, the full-time remote Director of Healthcare Economics will oversee strategic planning, financial modeling, and stakeholder management to ensure competitive provider contracting and enterprise financial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Directs multiple professional teams within Network Pricing, ensuring accountability for enterprise-wide financial performance and strategic outcomes
- Partners with senior VP stakeholders to define multi-year roadmaps for analytics capabilities and leads organizational change initiatives to modernize analytical tools
- Develops and enforces policies governing pricing decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and managing risks related to reimbursement discrepancies
Required qualifications
- Graduate degree (MBA, MS Health Economics, MS Finance, or equivalent) strongly preferred; undergraduate degree with substantial equivalent experience required
- 10+ years of progressive experience in network pricing, actuarial analysis, or healthcare finance, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, statistical analysis, and healthcare economics
