Job Summary
As a fully remote opportunity, the Director of HR Business Partner will serve as the primary strategic HR partner to senior leadership across EMEA and APAC, focusing on organizational design, talent strategy, and leadership development while ensuring smooth regional operations.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the HR business partner to senior leaders, building trust and credibility as a strategic advisor
- Act as a senior thought partner to the CHRO, enhancing the strategic and operational maturity of the People function
- Directly manage HR business partners in Europe, ensuring effective team development and regional operations
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience as a senior HR business partner leader, typically 10 or more years
- Strong business acumen with the ability to shape decisions beyond HR mechanics
- Experience in both startup environments and larger, global organizations
- Proven track record of elevating team operations and implementing structure and process
- Experience managing and developing team members or readiness to take on that responsibility
