Job Summary
Serving as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, the full-time remote Director of HR Business Partner will align talent strategies with business objectives within Amgen's Finance organization, driving organizational effectiveness and culture transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Finance leadership to align people strategies with business objectives and workforce plans
- Lead organizational design and change management initiatives to enhance effectiveness and employee experience
- Drive talent development processes, including succession planning and leadership development, to strengthen organizational readiness
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree and 4 years, Master's degree and 7 years, or Bachelor's degree and 9 years of Human Resources experience
- 10+ years of experience in Human Resources within a fast-paced, technical, or pharmaceutical environment
- 3+ years of HRBP experience at the Director level, supporting Finance or corporate functions
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect talent strategy to business outcomes
- Experience utilizing talent analytics and workforce data to influence decision-making
