Director of HR Business Partner
Job Summary
Leading the HR Global Product and Engineering Team, the full-time remote Director of HR Business Partner will design and implement HR strategies, partner with senior leaders, and manage key initiatives related to organizational design, workforce planning, and employee relations.
Key responsibilities
- Partner proactively with leaders to create HR programs that foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- Guide leaders through performance management, compensation, and employee relations while ensuring organizational alignment
- Lead a team of HR professionals, participating in the planning and rollout of company-wide HR initiatives
Required qualifications
- 12-15 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in HR leadership roles
- Experience supporting Product and Engineering teams
- Proven ability to align HR initiatives with business goals and drive organizational performance
- Strong knowledge of talent/performance management, workforce planning, and employee relations
- Ability to build relationships and credibility with C-level and senior leadership
