Job Summary
Leading the HR Service Center team, the full-time salaried Director of HR Operations will oversee HR processes, manage UKG systems, and ensure a high-quality employee experience in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the HR Service Center team, ensuring accountability and responsiveness across all divisions
- Collaborate with the HRIS team to maintain and optimize UKG systems for effective HR operations
- Oversee accurate processing of employee lifecycle transactions and establish data governance standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years of progressive HR operations and/or HRIS experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Deep knowledge of UKG configuration, reporting, and integrations
- Proven experience leading an HR service center or shared services team
- Strong analytical and project management skills to translate complex data into actionable insights
