Job Summary
To support enterprise transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Director of HR Solutions will drive strategic people transformation, advise senior leaders on organizational design and change management, and lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance workforce readiness and effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders on enterprise transformation initiatives, focusing on organizational impacts and change requirements
- Lead the development and execution of organizational design and workforce strategies that align with evolving business models
- Drive enterprise change management strategies to ensure organizational readiness and successful adoption of transformation initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience with expertise in organizational design and workforce transformation
- 4+ years of direct or matrixed leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience in assessing and addressing the people implications of transformation
- Deep expertise in organizational design and effectiveness, including governance and team effectiveness
