Director of HR & Talent Acquisition
Job Summary
To support a growing techbio company, the full-time Director of HR & Talent Acquisition will manage full-cycle recruiting and oversee daily people operations in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for various roles across scientific, technical, commercial, finance, and operations functions
- Run onboarding and offboarding processes, including benefits enrollment and employee orientation
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and manage routine performance and conduct matters
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive HR and recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in full-cycle recruiting for highly technical roles
- Experience hiring in biotech, pharma, life sciences, or other highly technical industries
- Generalist HR experience in a startup or growth-stage company with 25 to 150 employees
- Working knowledge of federal employment law and multi-state compliance
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
